Exactly what I needed.
Like most comments I’ve read I was initially sceptical about using an online solicitor to handle the clean break order for my divorce but how wrong I was.
What I really found impressive about the service Paul offers was the communication. All questions answered (even past 10pm in the evening) with clear easy to understand responses.
The whole process was very easy. I paid for the express clean order which was well worth the extra money.
Clean break order was approved today by the judge handling our case!
I hope I never have to obtain a clean order again, but if I do I would not hesitate to contact Express Divorce.

I used Express Divorce for a Draft Consent Order. I dealt with Paul, who was extremely helpful & guided me through the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble & all my questions were answered by Paul expeditiously and professionally.
The only thing that stopped me giving 5 stars was that in my completed consent order there were a few mistakes where the info I had given was not included correctly. However, everything else has been excellent with Express Divorce. Paul was very responsive on email, my consent order was turned around in the timeframe promised and all of the necessary legal forms were completed on my behalf - which I did not realise was part of the service and was very grateful of as was struggling to fill them in myself. I would not hesitate to recommend Express Divorce to others as their price is brilliant in comparison to other legal firms.
Paul and his team helped from the beginning answering all my questions. I needed to update some info after completing the form and the customer service was helpful. All the process was easy. Definitely recommend them!

Admittedly, I was sceptical at first as the price was, shall we say exceptionally reasonable. However, I paid for the express 7 day service for a clean break order. Not only did I receive all the documents within the 7 days, they had all been completed as far as the information Paul had. All I had to do was download them, fill in the gaps, print, sign and submit. During this process I needed answers to a couple of questions, Paul's responses were received within minutes.
You cannot judge this company based on the cost because they offer incredibly good value for money and the professionalism is first class. I had been quoted half their fee, elsewhere, just for an initial consultation.
Buy with confidence, you will not regret it. I know I didn't.

Paul was very quick and very helpful and answered all of my many emails. We had a hitch in the financial settlement that he was also quick to sort out. I recommend him and express divorce and it is a very cost effective quick way to get through a painful exercise. He also understood home rights which was helpful. Dan Harper.
I don’t normally leave reviews for places but felt I should for this company. Exd sorted out my clean break order, I was very nervous going with them as it’s all online and you get to speak to a solicitor and have the solicitor hand hold things and do everything for you but as it was over £1000 cheaper than solicitors quotes I gave it a go. Exd were great, explained everything via email so you could complete the documents and send them off correctly and were at hand to answer questions after the forms were done. The courts have just approved the clean break order and everything is sorted, thanks to Exd and them explaining everything thoroughly. Thanks for your help and for saving me a lot of money!

I was using a divorce solicitor who quoted me £1,800 for a Consent Order. Paul's firm did it for £249! (14% of the previous price).
Not only did he do it for a much reduced price, he also spent a great deal of time answering all my questions via email.

i was looking to get a clean break order, i contacted express divorce when i seen there prices, cheapest in the UK. Paul explained the process clearly to me and answer all my questions giving me much needed advice. I then paid for the service, the order was drafted in a month, I submitted it to the court, it was approved within 4 weeks. i would 100% recommend express divorce. some question why its so cheap compare to everyone else, but I can assure it is a 100% legitimate service. happy divorced knowing the ex can't on my future assets. thank you paul

The service I got was exemplary. Paul literally replied to my emails before I had even sent them! OK not quite that quick but pretty close, he replied within minutes.

I was a bit hesitant at first but just went with it. Paul was very clear and transparent in the procedures and processes. For me it took about 7 months. For anyone thinking of getting a divorce I would definitely recommend ExD legal services.

This company was by far the cheapest I found for completing a financial court order following my divorce and I was slightly concerned because of this, however, they have been nothing but professional. The process was very straight forward and quick and the order was approved by the judge.
